I love that I get to post with titles like this..
This is an interesting application of Augmented Reality: An animation / movie maker site with pre-composed animations on their own model.
AR is still kinda geeky (OK, a LOT geeky) and somewhat technical to set up but innovations like this are bringing it closer to mainstream.
I have the FLAR Toolkit and a teeny bit of coding experience. What should I build?
Very slow load but pretty interesting stuff. Have you made a movie with it yet?
Not yet. Working on an iPhone 3D app right now though. BTW, did you see this?
If it’s possible, perhaps some kind of pterosaur. For a challenge, a siphonophore.
Oooohh Cayla. A Siphoniphore in 3D…. I think I’ll do that one pre-rendered instead of realtime… cool idea.
